The sequel to Supergiant Games 2020 roguelike Hades is expected to be released in the year 2019. It's a bold move that raises the stakes and provides a deeper look at familial politics.

1. Hades 2 Technical Test

The opening up of more open areas is another welcome addition. These regions provide a variety different routes through each region, and a constantly changing setting to explore. Each region provides a distinct perspective on the Underworld. Some are more accessible than others, but all provide unique challenges that separate them from other Roguelites.

Supergiant has also tweaked the gameplay in the early-access version. This reduces some of the work required to obtain certain upgrades and makes it simpler to move between areas. Hades 2 is still far from being complete However, Supergiant has announced that it will continue to refine the game and Oscar Reys make it perfect.
